"A bit clunky, but I did find what I needed"
I was looking around for a few RV parts and, to be fair, I did eventually find what I needed. The site just wasn’t the easiest to use. The search didn’t always match what I typed in, the filters felt a little frustrating, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. I don’t want to make it sound terrible because it’s not unusable, but it definitely took more time and patience than it should have. With a smoother search and better filtering, it would be a much better experience

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but it felt like almost nothing I needed was available. Kind of frustrating when you make the trip and the shelves are just... empty.

I ordered this after double-checking the fitment details they provided, but it still didn’t fit my RV. Kind of makes you wonder how accurate that information really is, or if anyone verifies it. I ended up wasting time sending it back and buying one locally instead. Frustrating experience.

I was looking on rvpartshop.com for a couple of small RV parts, nothing major, and the prices just seemed way too high. Like, way too high for what the items were. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but nope, the same kind of parts were cheaper other places.
The shipping made it even worse too, which was frustrating. The parts were already expensive, then the shipping got added on, and suddenly the total was just not worth it. It really didn’t feel worth it at all, not for a few basic things.
Maybe they carry some decent products, but I just didn’t see the value. Too expensive, shipping too expensive, and the whole thing felt like a waste of time. I ended up buying somewhere else.

It worked fine at first, but the plastic cracked after just one trip, lol. Not the worst thing ever, but I was definitely expecting it to hold up better
"Shipping was slower than expected"
My order ended up taking longer than the date they originally showed, and the tracking barely updated for most of the wait, so while the parts themselves were fine when they finally arrived, I probably wouldn’t rely on their shipping estimate if you need something in a hurry

I had to send a part back, and the whole return process was frustrating. The refund took way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support, the replies were super short and not very helpful. Just felt like more of a pain than it needed to be...

I had to keep checking my email and reaching out just to figure out what was going on with my order. I had the receipt, but there weren’t many clear updates after that. The replies eventually came, but they were slow and a bit vague. The part did show up in the end, but the communication made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be

"Nobody ever gets back to you"
The customer service was frustrating. I messaged them about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. I tried reaching out again, but still didn’t get a real answer, so it kind of felt like no one was actually paying attention.
I totally get that places get busy, but even a quick update would’ve made a difference. I wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something within a reasonable timeframe.

"Felt misled by the backorder situation"
I feel like I was misled about the backorder. I expected a delay, but it ended up taking forever and I barely got any updates along the way. If I’d known it was going to be that messy, I probably would’ve ordered somewhere else. Definitely not planning to buy from here again.

I opened the box expecting the part I actually ordered, and nope, totally wrong thing. I know mistakes happen, but this turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. Now I’ve got to deal with returns and reorder everything, which is super annoying.
